Originally from Las Vegas, Chad graduated from Florida Atlantic University. Before joining Cervera, he managed and assisted with closings for the $850 million Oasis development in Fort Myers and founded a luxury property management company. Outside of his professional life, Chad enjoys quality time with his family. He is a devoted husband and father to three boys and recently welcomed a baby girl into their family. They also share their home with a Red Fox Labrador named Maverick
